Where to begin, false advertising, customer service does no care and provide inaccurate information and refuse to responde for the social media advertisements they made, just a bunch of irregularities that gets you down so quickly. In addition to this the phone number in Miami doesn't work or something because nobody answers it. Also de app sometimes does no work correctly and does no allow you to pay your package, just a shame.

The app will close if for any reason you deny access to location and/or access to take photos and videos. And I ask: Does a courier app really needs these access in order to work? Check this out. I'm a new client and this is what you're presenting with.

Used to be very fast now when you make the payment for you to get the package at your house takes up to 3 days and it's supposed to be within 24 hours after payment . I dont take off the fact it's a comfortable service but too slow please be as you were before I'm thinking to close this account.
