Call Permission: In order to provide customers an option to initiate call to Bank’s Helpline within Alfa App.

3. View your credit cards’ details, available limit, due date, outstanding, minimum payment and reward points. Pay your Credit Card bill instantly.

Enjoying the new layout. After successfully adding beneciary and backing up to My Payees, the newly added Payee can not be found on the list. Subsequent attempt to add the same prompts 'payee already exists'. You must quit the app, relogin, to be able to see the new Payee. Sometimes there's more than one Payee. It gets really annoying. Considering the Alfa app doesn't always successfully login on first try. Which must be my phone. Clear cache. Classic. Do look into it. Thanks.

Bad experience. I have just made a online e-commerce transaction with my debit card. The funds have been deducted god knows at what rate and the transaction is not visible in the statements in the app also i have downloaded the account statement. The transaction is still not visible in the downloaded accoumt statement. And now it is almost 1 hour past the transaction is processed and it is not visible anywhere in app. It is not first time it has happened 2 to 3 times in the last 6 months.

I've encountered a slight hiccup in my recent experience. It seems there is an issue with receiving OTPs for online transactions through the app. While I understand that technical glitches are part and parcel of any digital service, I thought it prudent to bring this to your attention for a swift resolution. Enhanced security and seamless functionality are paramount, and I believe addressing this issue would elevate the user experience to new heights.
