Camera blocked after each scan. Telephone restart needed to be able to use
the camera again.

* Now all the nice effects on the marker will appear immediately as soon as everything is loaded and ready!
* We've added a new cute loading animation with a progress indicator so you know how things are going.
* Also, you can now cancel scene loading if you have a bad connection.
* Other minor fixes and performance improvements.
