Service is fine. App just gets worse & worse with time. This version doesn't even work on 2 main tabs with 'can't find page errors' & all I want everytime I quickly log on is just a home page with my data balance & days to next bill. How hard is it seriously? Please, I'm already a customer, provide the basic status info the customer needs upfront instead of wasting their time with an App that doesn't even work or hides away the basic data behind layers of security.

Thanks for leaving us a review Ross, we're aware of the issue and we're working to resolve it in a future update. We appreciate it isn't ideal, but you can still log in and manage your service via our website. -Rhys

The recent update solved a lot of log in issues, so it gets 4 stars from me. App works extremely well. There's only 1 thing belong lacks and that is they don't have long expiry prepaid options like other telcos, and I can't understand why. If Belong implemented a long expiry option on their prepaid accounts, they would have alot of satisfied customers.

The app fails to tell you if there is an outage. Every time I click on "check for outages" it directs me to download the app - the very app that I used to click "check for outages" & have had installed on my phone for years!! no other option for checking for outages! please fix.
