Basically happy - Beltone Legend + Samsung Galaxy S9. When I switched from S7 to S9, I lost the ability to save favorite settings - app stops when SAVE pressed. The app shoud also have the ability to query and display hearing aid model and other info (battery strength, accumulated hours of operation, status info, etc.). The pairing should also be more fault tolerant and provide better help when pairing fails. Given the cost of the devices, it feels like Beltone is short-changing the software.

Not sure why a company would bother to build an app that works less than half the time. Getting old reinstalling, to use it maybe one time and then, starting over again. Maybe its time to get your corporate heads out of your rump and fix. Once again i had to reload this app. Would you people remove your heads from your rear and fix this problem. I have read all the reviews and there are many of us having this problem, won't stay connected to hearing aids. You are not the only choice.

The latest Android software version 14 (6.1 One UI version) with my Samsung S23 smartphone does not work with my Beltone Legend 17 hearing aid on the Beltone HearPlus app. The phone just won't pair with the hearing aids, but they do pair with the Apple iPhones. So, Samsung needs to do something to fix the bug in this latest Android operating software version.
