The interface is as clunky as their web site. To make things worse, the app prefers me to sign in using a four-digit passcode (OK for the lack of fingerprint recognition), but the next morning after I set it up, it forgets the passcode. And yes, I am doing it right. This time I logged out, checked whether it works and wrote the passcode down

This app finds a novel way to malfunction every time I try to use it. Today, the "submit claim" function is "not available"--after entering in all the information for the claim. Last time, some of the receipt photos apparently didn't go through, though I only found out when part of the claim was denied, and there's no way to tell on the app which part of your claim was successful and which receipts didn't go through--you have to call and wait on hold. And that's only the beginning...

Login won't work after multiple attempts and various methods. Not interested in call 800 number for assistance. These same credentials work on the web version. When I have used past versions of the app, there was little added value over the web interface. I was only hoping for convenience of not using mobile browser. Oh well.
