Can u (Mazda IT) settle this app? Now my mileage about 85k, but I only able to book through this app for the 3 to 4 times, the remaining was through phone call. What is the purpose of this app if we still book by phone call? Honestly, Perodua app UFirst is better than this Mazda booking app. So call good service and quality but this app issue cannot be settled since long-time ago.

I had been trying a few times to login but always popped up invalid password. Uninstall and reinstalled again but still fail. Click forget password, but I wanted so long didn't receive any email for the new password. Weird thing was I'm able to login through mazda connect website (using my old password)

Unable to open the app, because it comes out an error message that "This app does not run on an emulator device". However, my phone is not an emulator device! Mazda, please help to fix this issue.
