Promising start but let down on details. A PIN needs to be entered to get details on boiler. App docs link shows Italian pdf (outdated). Support email link in app incorrect. (PIN is 18 BTW). And now like others can't log in 'NetWork busy' . [Update] got much better reliability using the RiCloud app. Been using it for a while, completely reliable... Until now, when its doing the NetWork Busy thing..

App won't allow me to scroll down to select "agree" to complete installation. Also, before i uninstalled the app, it would give me a network busy message every time I tried to connect to boiler control. Nothing wrong with my network. I was advised to delete data and cache. This had already been done and the issues are still the same. No option to press "agree" to install

Thank you for contacting us. We encourage you to clear cache and data from your Android device. Uninstalling the APP does not fix the issue that you reported. you should reduce temporary the font of your device to click on "agree". We apologize for the inconvenient. It's crashing with a "java security cert - cert path validator exception". Been like this for over a month. I cleared several times the cache and data from the Android phone ... useless!!! Alternatively, I installed the RICLOUD app, but when I try to pair the Wifi receiver, it wouldn't accept WiFi key because it's already in use (it's already paired with besmart). I want to definitively close my besmart account and to delete the pairing with the Wifi receiver. Please help!
