I downloaded it becoz of the high rating. (Faked?) First boz card it wanted to deform the image horribly. Like it wanted to be able to cram 2 cards into one rectangle. I could not turn that "feature" off. I found no "contact us" listing in any menu. Free is fine, but if you dont have ANY support, product trial needs to be close to perfect. Not utterly unusable. [I could NOT read the deformed image phone numbers so presume the OCR would not either. Does it even have OCR. I will never know now.].

I just added this app and I am pretty impressed with exception of a few problems: First, the app crashes frequently. Seems to happen when I attempt to view the cards that are processing and also if I try to add more than 5 cards consecutively. I dont mind waiting for the processing but in the meantime I'd like to continue to add cards. I'm in sales, I've got a lot of cards! Lol. Second, there's a check box option to "save to contacts" before you submit for processing but it doesn't do that. You have to go back after it's processed and click the "save to contacts" hyperlink. This is the most important feature for me but if I've got to go back one by one when it should be automatically saving the contacts as it suggests. If they can fix these bugs, they've got my five stars for sure!

Really easy to use and personalized service. I was looking for a way to digitally store my cards. Not only is this app easy to use, but one of their technicians reached out right away to check on me. I did have 1 question which was answered immediately. Considering app is easy to use with many features and it's free, I expected to deal with ads which would be acceptable for such a great product that's free. I haven't seen any ads. AND, it read every card correctly!!
