Just a moment ago I used this app to track the bus 05, initially there was 10 minutes left shown on the app screen, but after a few minutes, the bus still displayed with the same location, velocity and distance that are unchanged although nearly 5 minutes passed, before the notification immediately changed to 5 minutes left which made me run as fast as possible to the bus stop because I thought that the bus has 10 minutes to come.

the official Hanoi bus app, the English interface makes it very useful also for non Vietnamese speakers. The interface and handling is sometimes not very intuitive and the server connection seems to have problems at times, but overall it's a real life saver when you're using busses in Hanoi. Especially the bus tracking is extremely useful to estimate what time your bus will arrive at the stop. Just the estimated time shown for the bus to arrive and for the trip duration os far from reliable. good app, much better results than Google maps.

It had stopped working since forever. Google map for choosing destination is not working anymore and the app keeps having networking problem. Even the log-in interface with facebook now has the problem.
