Not able to make appointment thru the app. Every time I try to make appointment, it deducts payment but doesn't move forward to confirmation page. Had reported this to Artemis hospital and app team but the issue is not resolved in more than 6 months. Poor 😞app management

the app is not working as it shows that a critical update is required and when we press the update button no update options are available in Play Store. Trying to use the app for some urgent appointment but couldn't do anything.

As idiotic app as the hospital procedure, doesn't work OTP sent keep saying Invalid, can't login. Once logged in reports can't be viewed even if message are being received stating your reports are available on Artemis app. Don't which idiot of the world designed this app. Maybe the same guy who is heading the management team of the hospital.
