Over promise Under Deliver. The app is basic, provides what it has to. My problem is their customer service. They offer "world class service" lets define world class. If you dont return email communication, phone messages, no one is there to answer calls & you class this as "world class service" clearly you need some support in raising your level of service. Heres a thought. I AM in the customer service industry. Reach out to me, and i will teach you all about world-class service.

We are unable to use the app any longer, which I was happy with, because support told me it was due to an unpaid bill. When I registered for Birdeye there was no fee and I never received any communication regarding a bill. And if that were the case I would have been asked for a cc and billed monthly automatically. Now, I can't get an answer from anyone. If the policy changed and now payment is required, you should notify everyone instead of locking us out. Very disappointed!

We have tried other platforms and have had horrible experiences. We have been with birdeye for over a year now and they have been awesome from day one! With every platform there are hickups sometimes, but, these people are committed to helping make sure that we are up and running quickly when there is one. Even if it is a weekend, they call in the emergency staff and they get things back on line quickly. We depend on this platform tremendously for communication with our clients and we are very thankful that we have a support team with birdeye. Try them! You will love them!
