Handy, but needs an update. Email no longer works, the app just crashes when email is opened. Edit: PLEEEEEASE fix the email problem! I can't be at my computer 24/7 and need to be able to access important emails on the go. Not being able to access my university emails is extremely frustrating! It has been ages since the emails were converted to outlook from gmail (which is when the problems started) and nothing has been done to fix it. Even the regular outlook app comes up with an error...

An update was released on 28th Feb 2020 for the email crashing issue. Please update your version and if it still doesn't work, please email ithelp@griffith.edu.au so we can investigate further.

Classic 'please close this window to continue' issue that gives me no option to close said window, plus asking me to connect to the internet when I already have a connection. Only writing a review cause it would be very handy if it actually worked. Get the IT folk on it, if they can connect my laptop to the uni internet every year when it fails, surely that have some tricks up their sleeve

The website is faster; more modern, functional, user friendly, and reliable than the app, and it is by no means exceptional. The app essentially presents a set of website shortcuts, few of which are accessible due to a pop-up that cannot be closed. The apps' reliance on the MFA system leaves it further hamstrung. Local storage of useful info like timetables and maps, or integration of the MFA system may help justify its existence. Until then it remains a sub-Internet-Explorer-6 user experience.
