There was problems with registration at the beginning and there still is but the customer care service were very efficient they contacted me within less than an hour the 1st time I made a claim, and early next morning (I made the claim late evening) next time and they explained the problem in both times and they stayed online with me the 2nd time until they made sure that I was able to register & connect & access my account. The services offered are very usefull & I am still exploring them

The application is missing a key feature, which is the ability to perform one time transfers/ payments given the recipient's IBAN and required information. Currently, every time I have to perform a transfer or payment for whatever reason (paying rent, paying back a friend etc.), I have to personally go to the bank physical location and perform the operation at the counter. You should add this e-banking feature for multiple reasons: 1- This is a waste of both my time and the bank personnel time (and thus extra useless costs) 2- This makes it impossible for people residing outside Lebanon to use their BLF bank account (which is my case) 3- This basic feature is already implemented by most competitors both in Lebanon and internationally and is affecting BLF's customer experience

Your update is having issues where it keeps logging of everytime you try and select something. For instance, you log in and check you account and try and check last month's transaction, it will log you of.
