About this app

Set your phone location to anywhere in the world with just one click, if you need to develop or test other apps ability to track GPS information without the need to catch a GPS signal then this app is for you.

The following is needed to make sure the app runs smoothly:
1 - It is needed that you turn on "Allow Mock Locations" on Development Settings
2 - It is recommend that you switch location mode to "GPS Only" or disable Location Services altogether to avoid receiving cached mock locations after stopping Fake GPS, if this happens check our help section inside the app.
3. Make sure you run Fake GPS first before running your app.

To help development you can use the following commands from the command line:
adb shell am startservice -a com.blogspot.newapphorizons.fakegps.START -e latitude 11.11 -e longitude 32.21
adb shell am startservice -a com.blogspot.newapphorizons.fakegps.UPDATE -e "latitude" 1.11 -e "longitude" 0.21

The app shows promise but has trouble maintaining a fake location. In some apps, the location bounces between the actual location and the faked location which can be especially annoying when using a mapping app because the map focus keeps changing every second. For now, I will have to delete the app and try another. If the problem gets fixed in the future I will give it another go. Cheers!

A great feature over the Lexa Fake GPS app is being able to search up cities. Other than that, it's very inconsistent. Refresh a Google search of "where am I" multiple times and it seems every other refresh is your actual location. Where the Lexa Fake GPS always works, almost too well (sometimes it refuses to quit and my phone is stuck in a fake place until reset).

App was working great for a couple of days then it stopped working. I thought if I bought the pro version it would resolve the issues. However, after purchasing the pro version, nothing changed. The app menu still asked me if I wanted to go pro and if clicked, would want me to pay for it again. Hoping to hear back or will just have Google refund my purchase.
