3 year (try the app again) update: App loads fine, but that's it. Try to register the card and it states it's an incorrect card number. I'm using a Pixel 6 Pro, so*** Second time I've been locked out of my account because of "to many incorrect password attempts", since installing the app on my Samsung s10e. I don't type my password incorrectly. Also the customer service number supplied to call Bluebird is incorrect [1(877)74.....], which directs you to something that is not Bluebird. Very upset.

convenient platform for alternative banking. the instant balance is a definitive plus. Bill pay functionality is simple and very effective. paychecks come through early, of course. moving money to a brick and mortar bank account is convenient as well. I've used this for years now, definitely happy with it

PLEASE FIX THIS APP!... I have always loved the app, it has made it easy for me to add money from my debt card. BUT... I've been trying to add money for the past week and I can't. Because every time I try a message comes up saying "Well that's awkward. We're experiencing some technical difficulties. Try again in a moment." Again this has been going on for a week now. Obviously there's something wrong on your end. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM! This issue makes it IMPOSSIBLE to use my Bluebird card!
