Great app, BRB is the best with all services they offer. We are blessed to have them in our county. There are never problems with security or debit cards like other banks. Being in business in this area, I deal with people who have been hacked, cards have issues, and more. I don't know of anyone including myself to have had any issues with BRB. They also truly care & are professional & courteous in every way! Have app errors? It's ur phone or u. :)

I like the balance check, transaction log, and transfer capability; however, when we opened our account with blue ridge a year ago, we were told online check deposits would be available soon and that has not come to be yet. That is my only complaint. I do like this app better than Community First's app.

My husband & I both have not been able to get the app to open for over a week now. It just shows us a blank white screen. Before this problem this app was great. Please fix
