PROS: Rates are cheap especially if you are driving on expressway, customer service is pretty good. CONS: really hard to get a car on weekend afternoon and evening. It having a subscription fee doesn't help with the unpredictable availability of cars. Recently having quite a bit of technical issues when unlocking cars at kiosks, you can be at the kiosk and it releases your car and someone else takes it, customer service can't do anything about it other than provide you with credits for next ride

This app doesnt seem to work. Luckily it didnt allow me to rent a car - I read reviews where people are not able to end their booking. I tried to terminate my subscription, and that is not possible either. I keep getting response for last 1 month that some system migration is undergoing and they will terminate as soon as it is done. However there is no issue in charging my card with subscription fees. Looks like a scam.

Not sure if anyone else is able to actually reserve a parking or q pop station. Mine keeps saying it's upgrading in progress. I can only secure the reservation if theres a car or lot. I hope the program/project manager and CTO can look into all these issues, perform an actual live test before deploying the changes. You guys were good, till the migration. Now everything has gone to s....
