Pretty much a complete rip off. Everything is over priced. Interest rates are high. I returned an item. It got stolen while it was being shipped back. According to the tracking #s it was picked up by an agent. But after that there was no updates after that. I called them. They acted like they couldn't see the tracking #s. Told me to send a affidavit. I sent it in and they still didn't credit me back on a item that I was returning and that had gotten stolen in shipping!

Until the issue is resolved, try following these steps - on your device, go to Settings>Apps>Fingerhut>Uninstall, then reinstall the app. If still unable to login, visit fingerhut.com on your web browser to access your account. A very easy sign in process followed by a good ordering process, simple, stress free process... sometimes the process is reliable... from start to finish in under a few minutes. When I'm rushed with LIFE but I need to place an order I love the easy transition of this website without having to keep entering all my info over and over because I'm not recognized etc... is a pleasant experience and keeps me coming back! Over and over, again!!!

I haven't been able to use the app. I log in and immediately get a white screen. Can't do anything beyond that. I have tried clearing the cache, force stopping, nothing fixes it. Update on 1/25/24: I have figured out what is causing the white screen. A note for your programmers/developers. If you are using the Fingerprint option to login, this causes the white screen. Once you disable this and login by typing in the username and password you can get access to the app content.
