the user id that i received was randomly generated and its difficult to login as we cant copy our id from the notes nor can we switch in aaps to type the userid. we have to memorize 12 digit randomly generated user id to log in to the aap

Disgusting app experience. Poorly logic build. They send the voucher is email Id, even if the user doesn't have any email id. There no validation before sending anything to the email.

Please update transaction history to a recent date. Unable to redeem points in the absence of updating of eligible points . Please expedite 15/9 /23 Regret to note that still updating of transaction history not done. Please expedite. 16/10/23. It is highly disappointing and frustrating to see your inaction about the issue of updating transaction history. Still not done despite so many reminders 14/11/23. .
