I added the boom gaming channel to my Roku TV and started playing on there. I kept seeing this add for a companion app that allows me to play and connect through my phone so I looked it up and installed the app on my phone. Once I installed the boom gaming app to my phone I've been trying to add/connect this companion app for boom gaming and I can't get it to work. I'm really frustrated because I paid for something I can't use as advertised, and I can't add a profile picture for some reason.

Dear Kyle, to access the companion app, please open the browser app of your choice on your phone and go to http://companion.boomgaming.com/. Once there, please follow instructions to connect it to the Roku app.

The video, audio, and game play always become a scrambled mess after a few minutes of playing. The main issue I have with it is that when I play a mini game, it sends me back to my home screen.

Purchase errors. I made 2 purchases but never received my currency, but my account was charged. Not a good way to start as a new player. i think I'll try a different bingo app that actually works
