Handy to use as Advantage Card. Update April2024: Some improvement but still not efficient /well-designed. 2023: For shopping it's OK if you know what you're after, but for browsing it's hopeless. Also if you get a notification or email about offers and you click link to view in app, you're not taken to a specific group of items, you're faced with literally thousands of search results apparently covered by the same offer. It's easier to use the website and It's quicker to go to the shop.

The app is really slow. It takes ages to load a screen. It buffers constantly and then shows an error message. It has offers showing on the app, but you can't actually buy them! I was told it was my phone. It isn't. I've deleted the app, cleared cache, and the offers are still on the app. It's really not fit for purpose.

Very slow to use on my mobile, faster and fewer bugs using the website on my PC or iPad. Update: Since writing this two years ago I've got a new mobile. The app is still very slow and flaky, whichever device I use. Shopping online from Boots is a frustrating experience. Third update: The app has improved considerably since my last two reviews. I am quite happy to use it now. The pages load more quickly. To clarify, my internet speed, ultra fast fibre to the premises (FTP), has not changed.
