If your management doesn't allow the widgets you must wait for the app to load every time you want to open the door. The app looks nice but writes to clipboard when opened and forces itself to foreground after switching out of split-screen making using it alongside another app impossible unless you manually kill the Brivo task. In theory this app shouldn't be required at all but at least in my building small cars are not detected to open gates, so this is the only way to gain access.

My experience with this app has been extremely frustrating, it is very finicky with my Pixel, I moved in to a new place and the property management has replaced the physical locks with a Yale smart lock that is powered by Brivio and half of the times it just doesn't work, and it sometimes unlinks my device when I get home. I almost always have to rely on the physical knob to lock/unlock and press the button outside to do the same. My fiancee has an iPhone and doesn't have this many problems.

Cannot stand this app. It is extremely inconsistent, as others have stated, and the widget is completely broken now. It does not have parity with the iOS app, and so you cannot use Google Assistant commands with it. It's ridiculous that I'm forced to deal with this app while in my vehicle. On top of that, when I went to submit feedback within the app about the widget, that doesn't work either! I got an error message.
