Cumbersome to order. Items disappear. Changing quantity takes forever. Items in same category don't list together, but by the order you added. Nowhere to follow up on delivered orders. Items have been missing more than once. There should be a way to request for refund for items not delivered. App keeps sending too many notifications. The offers don't show up inside. There should be option to select offers. Overall frustrating.

App has been non-functional for the past 2 weeks. When I try to place an order after adding items to the cart, the cart page fails to load. Even if it does load, all the previously added items disappear, forcing me to load them again. This repeats each time. I have to then call the store and verbally place my order, which is inconvenient because I can't see the products and sometimes they are misinterpreted. As other reviews have said, there must be regular updates on availability of products.

The most difficult part of this app is there is no way so that you can contact the seller like if you prepaid money for your selected articles and thereafter as to their whins they send items deducting the items what according to them is not available. You cannot communicate regarding what happens to extra amount you have paid through app and secondly if the article is not available then how the app is taking orders for such items and receiving money. This is not expected from Spencers.
