It's a great app to get some nice food delivered to your house, even if your house is a bit far from the city. The only problem is that sometimes, it doesn't recognize the locations, (even the locations that have worked before) so I cannot order anything on the app. Update: I was contacted by the customer service of Bungkusit very soon after my previous review, but by that time, the problem I stated above was already settled after I updated my app. Very satisfied with the app now.

I like that Bungkusit is responsive with customers' feedback. I feel cared for. That deserves 5 stars in itself. I'd like to suggest for there to be an option to save conversations with roadie. It'll be helpful to have records of my purchase history with Bungkusit, not just the delivery charge. I like that I don't have to be restricted to a certain restaurant or location with Bungkusit. In that way, Bungkusit is easier. I can send a roadie anywhere. It'll be helpful to have a smoother app.

Not recommended. What is the point of adding "saved places" if I can't pick my saved places instantly for delivery and need to keep keying in my delivery address? App is also very laggy, there is a delay of few seconds when scrolling up and down, not good when I want to browse for food delivery. Very buggy when registering my address. Sometimes want to key in postcode but the app does not let you do so, but keeps prompting you to key in and wouldn't let me proceed. Uninstalled for peace of mind.
