Terrific experience...it doesn't update latest bus route and books ticket. I tried to contact customer service for refund, after hours of try they picked up the call and told that the refund will be done within a week. It's been a month and I didn't get my refund yet... Wanted to give 0⭐, but couldn't. Not going to use this app ever again...

Very worst experience that I tried to book a ticket but it doesn't show any dropping point at the time of booking. And in the search results it is showing that the ticket is available but when you click it there will be no tickets. Overall there is no option to book a upper berths in setc buses.

This app is very very wrost app and also in services. I have booked a ticket and payment debited successfully from account but yet ticket not confirmed by Bus India(OSRTC). Really a bad services by BI. Even I have cancelled one ticket which shows confirmed after 2 days and when will click on it showing already canceled. But no refund I got till time. Really need improvement. I lost my 1800 with BI
