Useless app. Checking all the supposed available hotels in London and all of them are completely booked in all the intervals I'm trying which is completely false

Amazing app for people travelling for business like I constantly have to. Easy to use and fast for booking a hotel when you are in between meetings and just need few hours to have a break. You only pay for the time you need the room, as clever as it gets. A must on your phone!

The hotel initially did not acknowledge the reservation stating they have no record of the same and I had to fight and wait for 1 hour to get a room. Byhours were unreachable until several hours later. In the process had to take an office call from a noisy hotel lobby. I had a booking for the next day as well which the hotel asked me to cancel as they were fully booked. I emailed Byhours about this and they were asking me to ask the hotel to send an confirmation email regarding this.
