I dont like this app. The first time I tried to use it, they said they couldn't verify my profile because my driving record didn't uphear to their "guidelines" ok fine. I had had an accident (wasn't my fault btw) about a couple of months before so I was like ok, I get it. But it's been a year since the accident and I still don't measure up to their "guidelines"? I was able to get a car on Turo and it was fine. But this app just straight out sucks. 🙄

Booked a car through the app. The drivers car was not ready at confirmed time, and wasn't going to be ready for another hour and 45 minutes. The he told me that the pick up location for the car would be at a different location 10 mins away(by car) and asked if that was OK. Clearly not ok, I can't go drive to a different location to pick up a car.. when clearly I'm trying to rent a car. Customer service was no help in remedying the situation. "Reach out to the owner"

Very mixed. App seems to dynamically adjust pricing, looking at the same car in 5 minutes the price increased by $20 and then went back down. I've had to pick up cars in a garage where there's no reception and you need it to unlock the car. The check-in process taking pictures is cumbersome. Only nice thing is the automatic fuel gauge reading so the last person can't cheat.
