The app was great until the last update. The way the accounts look is different, which doesn't make sense because it was very user friendly before, and you can no longer use a pin to login on known devices. I am very disappointed and unhappy with the changes. They seem unnecessary and make the app less user friendly.

The sign on page needs to be improved! The first time you login, when typing your username using the keypad on phone, YOU CAN NOT SEE WHAT THE USER NAME LINE!! I tied dragging it down, turning the phone sideways, nothing worked! if you get it & your password right, you can save your username. If it takes you a few times to get it right, you can save the username, if not you get LOCKED OUT! Please fix that. Easy to use, like the Card command feature, shouls tell people it's function.

The credit union itself is fantastic. And the mobile app works great and is easy to navigate. But about every 6 months they update the damn thing and the whole interface gets shifted around for seemingly no reason and I have to relearn it. That's a minor inconvenience, the real inconvenience is when I see a banner at the top saying they are having quickbooks problems due to a recent update and my paycheck is nowhere to be seen. If it's not broken stop trying to fix it.
