Access employer provided family care benefits and connect with local caregivers for your family. The Care@Work app by Care.com gives 24/7, on-the-go access to care—for both last minute and planned needs.
Company benefits may include access to:
* Child Care—including babysitters, nannies, daycare and more
* Adult & Senior Care—including personal care, transportation, senior housing and more
* Pet Care—dog walkers, pet sitters, boarding and grooming
* Housekeeping—cleaning services, errands and odd jobs
* Tutoring—individuals and centers
* Backup Care—for last minute needs in caring for children or adults
To use the Care@Work app, you must be enrolled in your company’s Care.com employee benefits program. If you have not yet enrolled, your HR department can provide you with your company’s Care.com enrollment page.
If your company does not offer benefits from Care.com, you can download our Care.com app to find and manage your care needs on-the-go.

Abysmal interface. It seems to forget things you've entered in the past (but not all things). You can have account level notes that don't get used when you book via app. Their support confirmed that i had account level preferences but encouraged me to re type the preferences whenever making a new booking as well. What's the point of account level notes? You often have to call them anyway to wrangle details and they have made a lot of mistakes. I only use this because it's free from my company.

This app sucks I've been trying for days to get into it. Everytime I put in my information something pops up and tells me to update. Guess what there isn't an update and as soon as I go back into the app I have to restart. It's never going to let me past the opening screen looking for my password and email. It's a constant cycle

I've used this app to book backup care probably 10 times over the past couple years. Once all my kids' details were in there, booking care has always been fast and easy. One of the times I even used it to book someone to come the same day. I'm not someone who loves doing things over the phone so this has been great-- plus it's faster because I know all my info is already in the app, saving me having to answer questions over the phone.
