This app is awful. Does not display accurate information regarding refill status. The app shows prescriptions "on hold," but when you call the store, they say, "There's nothing on hold, we can fill it for you now." The convenience of an app then becomes inconvenient if it doesn't work. Use the Caremark website instead. It at least keeps track accurately and allows you to do everything that the app should. I have my preferences set to be notified of order status, etc., but I get no notifications

I do not understand why this app exists when it is obvious that CVS prefers users not use it. Once logged in, choosing any menu option leads to a black screen and eventual prompts every 7 seconds from Android to close the stuck app or keep waiting. Even if something miraculously does appear, Android still prompts every 7 seconds to close it keep waiting. The developers have been told to hobble customers until they eventually have to reach the Comcast-inspired call center

This app has been garbage for years. Randomly closes, won't let you type in your password it just says copied to clipboard and that's it. The website is similar. It says it needs you to verify since it's been too long, then you can mark it good for 45 days, log on 10 minutes later and do it again. Also, the ALARMING frequency with which I am charged double for meds and have to get a refund is absurd. I'm am always either charged double or authorized double which is insanity.
