The device is reliable. Tracking your car is necessary. The peace of mind in case someone tries to tamper with your vehicle is satisfying. Still in my early days of using the product. I still have to confirm that if your phone is on silent or don't disturb mode and volume is at zero if the product will alert me in case l'm asleep. Recommended+

My car was stolen and this app alerted me within seconds. I called the cops and relayed their location from the gps feature of this app. The police were able to locate them within minutes. The "vibration detected" notification doesn't make a sound for me, it would be nice if that was fixed. Everything else is seamless, accurate, quick response, and not nearly as buggy as some people are saying. It saved my car! Thank you!

This does not work well with android at all, atleast not with samsung. My phone will not make any sound to notify me for vibrations or anything, it just logs it on the list in the app after several minutes. Which makes the device and app useless, when i looked online trying to troubleshoot the problem i found this is a common issue among samsung phones. I also read that the device works better overall with iphones, so perhaps its just not meant for android yet. Which is very disappointing.

Hi! We suggest disabling power saving for the CarLock app because some manufacturers (most commonly Samsung, Huawei and Xiaomi) use some severe battery-saving optimizations which cause many issues.
