Everything was good, the idea is great but reality is not. I did my shopping scanned all the products, added a bag, organised all the products in bags so that i don't waste to much time at the cashier... Scan the code from the app, all the products were in place, click pay... No pay option was available. Tried on a couple of cashiers, all have the same issue. In the end i had to rescan all products and rearrange them in the bags.

Salut, Dragoș. Ne pare sincer rău pentru situație. 😢 Din fericire, am corect foarte multe detalii tehnice la nivel de funcție Self Scan în noul update 3.1.8. Te încurajăm să actualizezi aplicația și să ne spui ce cum ți se pare. O seară frumoasă.

The idea is great but the execution is awful. If you have to buy vegetables that are sold by piece you have to scan a code next to the price and the application does not recognize them all. But, the most annoying think is that at the exit they check every product on the receipt and you lose more time than if you scan everything at the cash register. So...not efficient at all.

Bună, Roxana. Te rog să ne spui în ce magazin ai întâmpinat probleme. Vom verifica împreună cu echipa de acolo etichetele dedicate legumelor, respectiv produselor la bucată. 😊 O zi frumoasă.

It was nice using the app, you actually are more aware on what you are spending the money and also if you have a limited amount you can easily follow your limit by using the self scan option. It would be really nice if the app would have the cash register invoice stored and would empty your cart automatically after you scan the code at the cash register and then automatically have the invoice generated in the app too not only the one on paper.

În această versiune, o să găsești un design nou și îmbunătățit pentru paginile de produs, o mecanică nouă, mai intuitivă, pentru funcția „Invită un prieten”, un mod de listare îmbunătățit pentru bonurile tale digitale, informații despre orarul magazinelor tale preferate Carrefour și un flux E-Factura integrat la nivelul bonurilor. Iar acestea sunt doar o parte din schimbările pe care ți le-am pregătit. Încearcă noua versiune și spune-ne cum ți se pare. Mulțumim pentru că ne ești alături!
