FEB, 2024. This app has changed in the last few years and it changed in a good way. Things run smoother and the app is easy maneuver through. I enjoy this bank. Been a member for 8 years. 5 years ago. my app wont let me login in to my account. ita been 5 says since it started to act up and not even the reps from the bank are able to help. this app sucks.

Message network connectivity error: server cannot be reach at this time. The app used to work just fine. Not sure why this keeps happening but it's super frustrating. I used the app for mobile deposit since i no longer live in ventura. One star until this problem is rectified. UPDATE: I glad they fixed the issue and the design of the app! 4 🌟

A problem came up for me. I opened up the Deposit a Check widget in the app. When I got to the point where I take photos of the check, the screen showed this weird warped image. It was as if the lens was rotated but didn't compensate for the new angle or resolution.
