Overall I do like & use the app on a daily basis. Android users can add multiple pictures using the Google photos app found under library. The problem when you choose multiple pictures, which is a great feature that works very well, is that it changes the order in which the pictures were taken. This is infuriating, don't change the order in which they where taken CCC!! PLEASE CORRECT IN YOUR NEXT ANDROID UPDATE ASAP!! Also, within this app, make it easier to scan the VIN when you open an existing assignment or work file too please. In my humble opinion, a tweaks & this is a 5 star app & I'll be changing my rating. Thanks CCC, keep up the good work.

Thanks for the feedback. We fixed the issue where library photos are not appearing in the order they were taken, and it will be available in the next release. We're working on a new camera so you can capture back to back photos without the camera closing. We recommend using "Fast ID" which makes opening workfiles fast and easy.

since the latest update a week or two ago, almost every time I try and upload photos the CCC app says I'm having connection issue. I've never once had this issue before this latest update. my internet is fine, and even if I turn off Wi-Fi and go off my data plan oh, it's the same issue. it's bad enough when I'm only doing one photo, but if I'm uploading a group of photos to a file, it now makes it almost impossible. I'm having to try and upload photos 3 4 5 times or more before it finally work

We were able to duplicate the issue and are working on getting the problem fixed. In the meantime, you can resolve the issue by changing a setting on your device. Go to Settings, Device maintenance then Battery and update the power saving mode to "Off". This will resolve the issue until we're able to release a permanent fix.

Great app to use but limited on some of the things u can do on the phone app. I can't undo a phase or move a phase infront or behind a phase if phases incorrectly. I just wish I could do the same things on the app as I could on my desktop. It would make things alot easier if I didn't have to run back to my desk everytime to input notes or move phases infront or behind others while I'm out walking the shop.
