****update**** Thank you for the fix! It's working again! Worked great for sending pictures of my family to my grandmother in Florida. Now the app won't even open. They just renewed the subscription and this is a useless product at this point. Hoping developers will get back to me better here than they would a sending feedback through the app closure

UPDATE: After a year it's finally fixed. Ceiva kept telling me it was my phone but app firm has fixed the app. I downloaded a new one and it works great! Won't open...crashes each time. Been paying for it for months...got email from co...working on it - 3 months ago, still nothing.

I am having problems and your app is not sending pics. Iget 2 different errors. I have already sent 1 email and have had no response. I sent another today. I need a response. I have the most up to date version installed
