It's pretty good, but my primary use of the app is depositing checks on occasion. I rate that function 2 stars because it takes pictures before i even get the phone positioned. Then I have to try 2 or 3 more times for each side. When i use the Citizens bank app for the same function, it doesn't snap the picture until its software determines that everything is lined up correctly.

For 6 months I cant log in without changing password. It won't recognize my password every single time. I contact the bank itself and they state that it's a user error. "Trying using a phrase so it's easier to remember". I repeat to them it's the app itself and they still state its user error and repeat themselves. Alls I need to do is deposit a stupid check every month and cant have the simplicity of using an app. It's quite "funny" that other people are having same issue as I am!

I've been using this app for many years, and it's gone through several major updates in the last year or so that make it feel pretty snappy and responsive. It does all the things I need a mobile banking app to do. I used to have problems depositing checks with the app (it would crash every time I took a photo), but they have fixed that problem. If they can add capability for biometric log-in (fingerprint sensor, etc), I think I will give it 5 stars.
