Worst application if you are using for ev charging. The charging automatically stopped and didn't get re initiated once stopped. When checked with the customer support they said its an issue with tata cars. No other car have this issue. The issue is for all tata cars 😂😂. Then i asked the issue is of tata cars or your application. Then they said we are working on it. The application will redirect you to browser. I am not sure why did they develop the app.

When there is an update, that is necessary for its basic function, a pop up would save our time and avoid frustration. As no pop up for update leads to believe that everthing is ok with app and only somthing wrong with the user. Kills time. As i did not get otp for several attempts. When in hurry people dont remember the update matter. Pop up for essential update would have helped and made the app more reliable. 21 March 2023, thanks for the improvement as requested, it's working well now.

Worst app which never accepts online payment. Once online booking is done , payment gets refunded back in a day and app doens't even send notification of booking cancellation. This has happed with me 20+ times till the date that all my online bookings are 1st accepted , amount deducted and after some time amount is refunded back to the source. It is very unpleasant that always I have to book as cash delivery after every rejection of online payment order.
