I’ve subscribed to popsical’s services however, the services seems to be failing these days. 1) Unable to find songs that were available in the past 2) The songs in my favorite list are also not available anymore 3) unable to switch from analog to digital The current user experience is making me very upset. I hope this can be resolved ASAP. Thank you

I have a Premium unlimited paid subscription and the monthly payment has been automatically deducted from my credit card but my account constantly shows free account! 13 Nov 2023: Popsical tech support request that I email them for assistance. Funny thing is that I've already emailed before writing this review and I've not received response or help with my issue. I even went down to the Popsical outlet at Far East Plaza and the staff told me can't do anything and everything is just via email!

I have been a subscriber since 2020. Have always been enjoying this product. Today is Dec 2023 and to my huge dismay, ALL songs (EL & CL) are not in original MTV anymore. I am vvvv upset. It is just not "shiok" to be singing looking at some random colourful background (like a default pc screensaver). Definitely going to cancel my month subscription. Vvvvvvv disappointed.
