I can go on the web & buy as a guest. On the app, I must be a signed in member. And it doesn't even allow me to select a store unless I sign in. Love the food. Loved being able to order as a guest. Hate your app. Apps are suppose to make things easier, not hard. Many apps still allow you to order as a guest. And they at least allow you to select a store.

Thanks for your feedback! Guest checkout is now available via the new Chopt app, so you don't need to create an account or sign-in to order if you'd prefer not to. I was excited for the new version of this app as the old version just took you to the web page on your phone to order anyway. When it works, it works great. It's a very easy to use app. Very user friendly and it looks great. My only problem is I frequently try to order on certain days when I know the location near me is open but the app insists that it's closed. So then I close the app and I go on the web page and I can place an order on the web page with no issue.

Terrible app. As you try to browse the menu, it freezes. If you wait awhile, it might unfreeze, it might not. If you hit the back button, it reloads the app, so even if you did get far enough to get something in your cart, it's now gone, and you have to start over with the freezing menu. I gave up and used the website.
