Definitely the worst banking app ihe used. font of transactions is too big and no icons for purchase types, no categories etc. doesn't show a clear view of transactions compared to other modern banking apps. Needs an overhaul and needs dark mode.

I was unable to update/edit my Postal address to a PO Box number in the profile section of the app. It alliwed me to enter the correct information several times and save to update, but still did not show my PO Box number just basic town and postcode info. Same problem with website when update (edit) attempted on my desktop computer.

Generally an excellent app. I use fingerprint login and it works flawlessly. One issue: from the points balance screen there is no button to return to the home screen, hence no way to log out other than shutting down the app šŸ¤« (using Galaxy A54 Android 14 One UI 6)
