How do I start using Citibox
Once the mailboxes are installed in your building, follow these steps:

Download the Citibox app.
Sign up for the app. It will only take you 3 minutes.
When buying online, indicate your usual address and add (Delivery in Citibox mailboxes)
And ... that's it! You can buy online as before but without paying attention to the courier.

How do I know that my package has reached Citibox mailboxes?
We will notify you through the app indicating the mailbox number where your package is located.
Once you are in front of the mailbox, enter the first character of the code next to the QR.
Next we will provide you with a unique 4-digit code.
Pick up your order and close the mailbox.
