I have 2 continuous issues with this app. 1. mobile deposit does not control the phones flashlight. I shouldn't have to have a second person hold a flashlight to take a picture of a check. That's absurd. There's one right on the front of the phone. every other bank app utilizes the flashlight/camera flash for taking photos of checks. I checked app permissions and app settings and I don't see anywhere to turn that option on. 2. When cashing multiple checks at a time, the app consistently shows the incorrect pictures in the review window. First check always works fine. The second check (after taking pictures of the front and back of the second check) shows the first check still in the review window. This gets pretty confusing when you're trying to deposit 3 or 4 checks at a time and it's still showing the first check in the review window before hitting submit on each deposit. I got tired of taking the same picture 5 times (while someone else holds a flashlight) so I just started submitting them anyway with the wrong picture shown. It seems to still submit the correct image even though the wrong one is shown. So I assume this means the problem is visual only. Fix these two issues, and It'll be a 5 star app.

The online banking experience is awful. I have to go to 3 different pages to see posted transactions, pending transactions, and transfer transaction details. It creates so much bouncing back and forth that it takes twice as long to do the bills each pay period. For that reason alone, I wouldn't recommend this bank.

Will not show purchases from vending machines at two different places I worked until 2 weeks later. Not even as pending. They just pop up after you forget about the purchase. I've been charged over $300 in fees for chips and drinks. My other cards app shows those same purchases right away but the bank still blames the vending machine. My transaction history should be accurate AND ITS NOT. Paying my debt off and closing account. No good.
