App needs updated!! Verizon updated our Android phones this morning and your app will no longer operate after the update! The app will not open! Upon attempting to open it a blank page comes up and then the page disappears! We went to the Verizon store and their tech said that your app was not supported by Android following the update!

Very convenient to have and use when you are on the run. I love that I can make my deposits, check my balance and have my credit report available instantly! Perfect if you have had your identity stolen to prevent and cut off hacker before it is too late.

Your app is leaving something to be desired. I've had it for barely a month and already 3 times it will not let me login for a temporary time. I don't know what the issue is. I'm not the type that'll stick around too long if your app doesn't work though. I'm likely to switch to a different bank if not fixed. Online interaction with my account is important to me but what's the point if I can't login
