I found this app questionable. The idea is good, but I live in an area with a lot of people over 70 years old we have a chronical issues with Homeless in the hood and all my neighbors are seniors that barely know how to use the phone. The cops keep telling us to report on the app, that we need file multiple complains for them to act, but my neighbors can't literally do it. So I guess this is a lazy way of the district to avoid responsibility.
