On the one hand I'm confident requests are making it to the correct City depts. Often the City responds quickly. But the app. sucks. Updates on the progress of a request are not very helpful. Often a request is marked as completed when no work has been done. They have a feedback follow up that always rejects whatever you type into the text portion.

The app works well. Certain city services respond immediately (within a day or two) to reports while other city services clearly ignore the emails or alerts they get. Pot holes and road kill are addressed very quickly. Code compliance, might as well remove them from the app- theres a reason so many slummy apartments needed to be shut down recently and its that office. Anything involving police, call them, don't use apps.

Support is non-existent. They don't read emails, send canned responses, and auto close legit support tickets. Finally got someone to not close the ticket automatically, and 2+ weeks later, no responses. The app doesn't work on pixel 8. Why is my city paying you for support in their contract? Just so you can report fake service levels by auto closing tickets? Smh. Provide some form of support and I'll update this message
