just a skinned webpage preview of Gov website for same service. cannot view or download printable files from inapp webpage. when you need to submit an application, it gives you no options besides the need to view and print, and then you cant because it's a webpage preview. Its not a fully functional browser with extensions or even, imagine this; a useable app for anything but sending anonymous complaints to city about potholes and your annoying neighbors.

Not very direct, lots of pop ups

Ridiculous app. Useless. Town has no consideration for the hard of hearing. Have emailed media and they are working on something.
