Pls fix the app, everytime i want to go back previous page, it's exit the app. Quite annoying eveytime reopen the app, go back to search the item, and repeat to reopen the app if i want to browse for other item

When you are in business of flash sale where time is the essence, it is crucial for you to provide a reliable system and app as a sales channel. I suggest you to rethink the UI/UX from the customer perspective and do thorough market research in the future. If not you'll keep losing the sales that you might get if your app is reliable. After Wow Shop changed the template and system, I cannot check out items from the cart anymore in both app and website. Have already complained to Wow Shop but still no progress. Why can't you guys just leave the previous systems alone as it was already efficient. Now product page navigation is harder to use, image loading is sloooooowwwww, and check out is unavailable. Please fix this.
