If you don't use the credit you put on it they hold it, and there's no way to purchase any minutes or data from that credit they held. The app is also annoying with big pop ups that just waste your time, when people are on the app they are in a rush and all we get are big pop ups that you can press but mistake

Pedro, el saldo que no usaste se mantiene y se sumará cuando añadas 1 nueva recarga. Pruébalo y verás. Sólo cuida que tu saldo no venza o expire. Gracias por el feedback

Terrible, the nightmare of app developers. You cannot make a payment using a card. With luck and the stars aligned you'll maybe successfully be able to pay with a card. Basicly they don't want money. Bank transfers are much more reliable. The app is unresponsive at times. Honestly one of the worst apps I've ever used. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I hope they fix the UE but I'm skeptical they will any time soon.

Tried for over 1.5hrs to buy a internet packet and it never worked! I have used the MiClaro app for over 3 months and it was always quite unreliable but today I have tried for so so long to simply buy an internet packet. I have used 3 different cards but either the compass page doesn't load, the payment page doesn't load, there's an unexpected error or the payment is reversed. Incredibly annoyed and frustrated!
