I Adopted two Cats from them,upon going & arriving there, the Staff were so kind & friendly to the customers,even tho I had to wait on one of the cats to arrive from Someone where else,they let me know,& through the process of waiting they politely kept me informed.which was well appreciated.i,m a very hyper person,always want something in a hurry,react anxiously,but this day I didn't to much mind wating for my new Adopted family members,Hobble & summers hobble warmed up to me quickly,
